I, Pete Schwartz (My CV) left New York City on August 31, 2022 to spend a year working on Insulated Solar Electric Cooking (ISECooking) Technologies with collaborating enterprises in Africa, India, Nepal, and Fiji. The trip resulted in an improved ISECooker construction manual and this short Project Summary.
